MY approach

I believe in a unique and customized TEACHING experience for each and every client.

My goal is to help your office collect what a patient will owe on the day of service. I teach dental offices how to use real-time tools provided by dental insurance carriers and other third-party companies.  I work with offices to help them understand that the old "manual calculations" for treatment plans are not always needed anymore.   I also provide training to offices on how to effectively use real-time online tools to effectively manage eligibility, claim status inquiries, and most everything else insurance related. 

I do what I teach.  I manage a dental practice in Downtown Bellevue and use the tools I teach on a daily basis.  I don't teach theory, I teach practical applications.  Throughout high school and college I worked as a pharmacy assistant and pharmacy technician.  Since I was 16 years old I've been dealing with healthcare insurance.  After college, I worked for McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless Services, and Metrocall in various call center and complaints management positions.  In 2000, I moved back to what I love, healthcare.  I've managed a Fee-for-Service office and now manage a practice primarily considered an in-network office.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Seattle University and I am a native Washingtonian.
